Which do you think will make a better boltbeamer and I need a moveset, and I can't get a certian nature, also I don't know how to put EV's into certain stats and could find it anywhere. Thanks for the help! :D
Definitely Lapras
Snorlax has a pathetic SpAtt and therefore it would be a waste of time to put SpAtt moves on it. Snorlax is meant to attack and act as a Sp tank.......not to use SpAtt moves that it won't even get STAB on.
Lapras gets STAB on one of the moves and can utilize the other effectively
