Layout help

Hey all,

I've got this new layout, but I need help coding it. =\

I'm afraid I'm pretty bad at coding, otherwise I would have done it myself. =( I even looked into tutorials, but I couldn't get it.

I don't need much, basically just somebody to code what I've already made in photoshop. Like the affies, content nav, and news space. It shouldn't be that hard, for you guys. :P Unlike me, you all know what you're doing. xD
