    Oo, this is a cool question.

    My initial ideas for this would be maybe for a Bug type leader, going out and catching specified rare or hard-to-acquire Bug Pokemon.
    Maybe for a rock gym leader, navigating up a mountain with various puzzles that you have to solve in order to ascend.
