Leaf Green E4 Team

I know that this team fails, but it's only ingame and I need help to figure out what ground pokemon I should use.

Charizard Lv. 58, boy

Flamethrower
Dragon Claw
Earthquake
Fly

Raichu Lv. 48, girl

Thunderbolt
Double Edge
Brick Break
Attract

Vaporeon Lv. 43

Surf
Ice Beam
Bite
Toxic

Snorlax Lv. 42

Sleep Talk
Metronome
Rest
Psychic

Tangela Lv. 35

Mega Drain
Rock Smash

Now, here is my dillema. I am now using a lv. 36 Dugtrio with Tri Attack, Dig, Protect and Rock slide, but I am wondering if I should use a Sandslash, Onlix, Marowak, or other pokemon instead.

Now, here is my dillema. I am now using a lv. 36 Dugtrio with Tri Attack, Dig, Protect and Rock slide, but I am wondering if I should use a Sandslash, Onlix, Marowak, or other pokemon instead.

Keep Dugtrio, and run with the following:

Dugtrio
Ability: Arena Trap
EVs: Irrelevant for In-Game
Hasty / Jolly / Naive Nature
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Aerial Ace
- Tri Attack
I guess you'll have to stick with Tri Attack since it gets nothing better for within the In-Game limits.
