Well, it's not really a team - just 6 Pokémon I find to be decent and effective. I didn't include Zapdos or Articuno since their moves aren't any good (yet) at level 55, so I chose other Pokémon.

Personally, I like Alakazam's nature of "Relaxed". Since "Relaxed" is +10% Defense, -10% Speed, I find it to balance its stats rather well. Alakazam's high point is its Speed, and I think it does no harm to subtract 10% from it. 124 is still faster than many of my other Pokémon, and its Defense isn't terrible anymore; however, just in case I kept Reflect to reduce from physical strikes. I find I don't need "Recover" anymore since I have 100 Lemonades, Soda Pops, and Fresh Waters always on-hand, but I'm waiting for a good move to come along before replacing it.
"Bold" is a nice nature on Arcanine as well. Its Attack is already one of its main points, and even with the -10% decrease, it's a higher stat than its Special Attack; however, all the Attack applies to at the moment is ExtremeSpeed, thus making Special Attack the dominant offensive. The +10% on Defense is nice as well, especially against Ground-type attacks. Based on Arcanine's stats and moves, it's actually a better Pokémon than both of my legendary bird Pokémon.
Dragonite could use more Attack-based moves, in my opinion, but am not sure which to put. Dragon Rage always does 40 damage, and this is both useful and useless, depending on the situation. I'm thinking of replacing this move with something more useful, but I'm not sure which move to do so with. "Hasty" is a nice nature for Dragonite, I believe, since all of its stats are good by default. "Hasty" is -10% Defense, +10% Speed, which is nice since Dragonite's already-nice Defense stat is reduced slightly to boost its not-as-good Speed stat.
Lapras is mainly Special Attack moves, so the decrease of 10% from Attack to boost its Speed doesn't seem too bad of a deal. Even though the Special Attack is still less than its Attack, 'tis fine since most of the moves are type-related, giving it an extra percent boost that still bypasses the damage done with Attack. Both Defense and Special Defense are nice as well, but am thinking of adding a move that would raise one or the other. I'm just not sure which move.
"Lonely" nature on Raichu wasn't very good at all, but I'll not complain. +10% Attack allows it to better use Slam (even with its bad accuracy) and Brick Break. I'm going to remove Secret Power at some point with a better move (I'm thinking Shock Wave since there are no TMs that can be taught to boost Defense); however, I may just remake the Pokémon entirely after defeating the Elite Four since its Nature is bad. I've added all possible Irons so far as well, so its Defense relies solely on leveling now.
"Naïve" on Gengar may lower its Special Defense (leaving an opening for Psychic attacks), but it also boosts its Speed to a reliable level, allowing the first strike with its Ghost-type moves against Psychic-type predators. Ground-type is useless due to Levitate; am not sure what to do about Dark-type foes, though. Maybe Brick Break? Or I could just switch it out? Am not 100% sure what to do here. I'm regretting having taught it Giga Drain as well, meh. Oh well. What's done is done.
None have Hold Items yet. I'm not entirely sure what to have them hold at this point in time. Right now, I just keep tossing around the Amulet Coin to make cash, since I don't have any items that would be really good on Pokémon (other than Left Overs, but that's always on Flareon).
