I am a HUGE Pokémon breeder and shiny breeder (over 13K eggs hatched on just Alpha Sapphire), with over 20 competitive shinies hatched, including shiny Rotom, Garchomp, Amoongus, Noivern, Kabutops, Tyrantrum, Dragonite, Gourgeist, Beedrill, HP Fire Venusaur, Manectric, Scizor, Sylveon, Vaporeon, Crawdaunt, Weavile, Azumarrill, Aurorus, Trevenant, and Swampert.
