LF adamant or calm synchronizer

So I'm starting to iv train pokemon, and I don't really have the time to breed a bunch of abras or ralts in the next few days, I was wondering if someone had either one with an adamant or calm nature, I don't have a wide selection of pokes but am willing to trade items.
