LF dragon egg type pokemon with the following spread

Preferably a male pokemon (of the dragon egg group) with the following IV spread

31/31/31/xx/31/31, special attack really doesn't matter for what I want to do. Also I'm looking for a female HA Dratini/Dragonair/Dragonite (Iv's don't matter here, neither does nature, would prefer a cool pokeball)

FT: I just started trading so I don't have too much, I can get some HA pokemon, I currently have solar power chameleon's I also have 5 iv goomy's all modest natured with a variety of abilities. Lastly, I have pokerus available as well. Please let me know if you can provide either the male dragon or HA female.

I currently have a gentleman interested in trading. But nothing is set in stone, was their a particular pokemon of mine that you wanted?

EDIT: So I have just discovered that the gentleman I was intending on trading with is unable to provide a HA dratini/dragonair in either a premier or luxury ball. I would really like it if you could provide a female HA dratini/dragonair caught in either a luxury or premier ball. I am currently breeding a gooey goomy with a modest nature and the following iv spread 31/xx/31/31/31/31, I already have one but I'm still going to provide one for the guy I was initially going to trade with. What was it that you wanted?
