The special mine is bugged it shows that I can't obtain vivilion and won't register and I have like four

I'm currently trying it with a friends zacian but no gift yet, maybe I'm missing a Pokemon somewhere but swear I got them all. Do you need to have every form like the Fire and ice nine tails or just the one will do?
