LF: Misdreavus w/ Perish Song

It doesn't necessarily have to know perish song, I just need a misdreavus. I'm trying to get one to breed and get a perish song gengar. I don't have a wide selection of pokemon to trade but will trade items for one, Thanks in advance :D
