LF Power Items

The title says it all. I broke my Pearl game and now have to resort to a new copy of Diamond, and I just started out. I guess I'm still a noob. But I really want to try my hand at EV training and I need the power items/a macho brace (power items preferred). I don't really have that much to offer, but I can give you some basic pokemon that have the potential to grow into great pokemon. If even one person would be generous enough, it would be so awesome.
