LF: Raikou, and building a team.

I'm trying to finish my pokedex and the only pokemon I need is Raikou. I can trade most anything for it.
I'm also looking for:
Adamant Growlithe (FlashFire)
Jolly Syther (Technician)
Bold Porygon (Download)
Impish Elekid w/ Cross Chop

All at lv1 or as close to it as possible.

For shinies I have a shiny spinda, staraptor.
