The Vivillon is a clone I got from the ever amazing Lunis.... and then I had that cloned.
And I did google the OT and ID combination and found nothing, so as far as I can tell, it's legit. (no memory checker, sorry, haven't beaten the game... and my game is German anyway, so that wouldn't really help much anyway)
