    I'm looking for a Tentacrule or Tentacool hopefully with at least 4 IV but more would be brilliant I'd be happy to trade you another high IV Pokemon for it or if it has at lease 5IV's I'd be happy to give you a shiny I'll also give the Pokemon an item of your choice to hold no matter how many IV's it has :)
     
    I have Tentacool like its going out of style....lol. I have many 5 IV's if there is something you are looking for. I do have 4 IV's as well.

    I'd appreciate a 5IV one preferable 31/31/31/31/31/X (I think that might not be optimum but I don't know what is) and what would you like for it?
