Yes it is in Japanese and from HOENN at LEVEL 30, it doesn't have pokerus, no exp gained, no ribbons, no sheen, no evs, no NOTHING! Caught with an Ultra Ball

This Mew has been checked in every way possible, PBR, pAC, etc... EVERYTHING!

I will take the first legit offer. I also have many other pokemon I can trade if you want something besides the Mew.
