3rd Gen LG question regarding synchronizer

    I've been told that Synchronizers don't work in LG/FR for the legendaries... Is that true?
     
    Last time I checked, Synchronizers didn't work in any other version except Emerald, Diamond, and Pearl so the answer is no.
     
    What the heck is a synchronizer?
