I found several Lickitungs and I want to transform them into Lickilickys; however, a friend told me I need an Item but I have no idea what could it be...mind helping me?

Yeah, you don't need an item. I don't quite remember what level you have to be on, so I can't help you that much, but if you need an item its probobly a stone.

Your friend is wrong because the way to Evolve Lickitung into Lickilicky you have to teach Lickitung Rollout and then level up.
PS. Lickitung learns Rollout at Level 33.

Your lickitung would only evolve if he knows the attack rollout.

Oh.. sorry for giving out the wrong answer.. I know my friend did it without an item but I knew she had to have done something else.. I just really wan't sure.
