Lightning Pokemon with energy manipulation?

I'm building a lightning deck centering around Pikachu and Zekrom's full blitz attack, where you can attach three lightning energies to a pokemon after attacking. My setup is Pikachu and Zekrom with two Electivires with Giga impact. Since the electivires can't attack twice in a row I've got lots of switches, but the main way I deal with it is having Zeraora Gx on my bench who's ability gives all lightning pokemon no retreat cost. My damage is pretty set up, but I was wondering if anybody knows any other lightning pokemon that could let me enable this setup quicker and support it.

There's Magnezone (Forbidden Light 36) who allows you to attach as many Lightning energy from your hand as you want.
You can always pair it with Volkner (Ultra Prism 135) to search out a Rare Candy and a Lightning energy to skip Magneton. Or use Volkner to search for another item like an Energy Spinner for extra energy attachments.
