So, what do you think of my deck?

To be blunt, its not an effective deck. You should try for 20 Pokemon, 20 Trainers and 20 energy cards and eventually when you get a grasp of draw trainers, try to lower the energy count.

Your Pokemon are what really trouble me. The most powerful card is Dustox and it is a part of a 1-1-1 line, which is highly inconsistant. Having 1 of each card in a deck is very bad strategy, since you are unlikely to get out the necessary Pokemon, or wastes deck space if they are discarded or prized. Some of your cards cannot be played, for example Dark Jolteon cannot evolve from Lt. Surges Eevee and Beedrill cannot evolve from Kogas Kakuna.
Try to get some more cards to improve the evolution lines.

I didn't realise that Dark Jolteon couldn't evolve from Lt. Surge's Eevee. But, in that case, I will edit my deck around a little bit.

if you want to keep the 1-1-1 then you should put some proffesor elm's training methods in.

also helps with other pokemon evolving.
