Little Title Screen Glitch?

    Hi!

    I keep running into this same issue when I'm editing the title screen. I'm sure it must have happened to someone before.

    The green bars below Jirachi. When I try to troubleshoot it, it gets worse.

    It seems like it only starts happening as I edit the background elements.
    Does anyone know a way to fix or avoid this result?
