Hey, I haven't posted a poem in a very long time. But i'm coming back to the poetry thread. ^_^ I've never been good at rhythm so please bear with it. ><

Let us dance
in the rain,
let us cry
away all the pain.

Let us love
with no regrets.
Let us sing
of yesterday.

Live, be free
of past regrets.
Live carefree,
live happily.

It's fun, short, happy... nothing too surprising, but the rhythm makes it stand out. I'm giddy for these kinds of rhythms, and I must say I'm totally biased because of it. For me, some poetry I prefer to read is in subtle whispers that poke you and catch your attention with every little pause... so this one got me.
