    For some reason i cant log out of PC,is there something wrong with my computer or is it something else?
     
    Perhaps you have your options set as "remember me?" which is the option to automatically log in everytime you come to Pokecommunity.

    If that doesn't work, and you want to try Chibi-Chan's advice (which seems more probable to work) and you don't know how to delete cookies, then erm.. I'll tell you below.

    To delete cookies you go to Tools and then Internet Options..

    Then a box should appear saying "Delete Cookies". Click that.
