LOL moments in Pokemon

    Got a crazy battle tale to tell? A silly mistake you want to confess? This is the place! There are a few guidelines...
    1. Keep it G-rated.
    2. Be sure to mention what game it happened in, and the in-game location if you remember it.
    So here's mine (This format is by no means manditory):
    Game: Emerald
    Location: The route leading to Lavaridge Town.
    I was fighting a trainer. A ninja boy, to be more prescice. He had three Pokemon on him. So, I defeated his first one. (Forgot what it was.) Then, for his second one, he sent out a Koffing. Sableye (the purple one in my sig, in case you didn't know) was facing it. I forget if I switched to her or if she was already out. Anyway, after I did a couple of attacks... "Foe KOFFING used SELFDESTRUCT!" Then he sent out another Koffing, which did the exact same thing! So this trainer literally defeated himself, and I didn't break a sweat!

    Blackbelt Nob. What a wierd name.
    That wierd couple on the island just outside Slateport in R/S/E. "We're in a little world of our own.." Me: "WTF?"
    Purugly. The first time I saw it I laughed my head off.
    That bug catcher dude on the route to Lilycove city in R/S/E who only speaks in dots.
    Any lass etc. who goes "Ooh my pokémon is so cute" and then I just slaughter the poor mite with Roar of Time [for a laugh]
     
    Let's see.. the guy in RSE in Petalburg Forest who was like "Go mai bug pokemanz teem!!1!". Six Wurmples, all burned to death.
     
    This is rather similar tot he OP's story, but whatever. XD

    In my last Red playthrough (a monotype Poison challenge), I was fighting Koga. I sent Nidoking out against them and used Dig (Koffing and Weezing were vulnerable to ground-attacks back then. :P). Both of his Koffing and his Weezing selfdestruct'd during Nidoking's underground state, making it the easiest gym battle ever. XD
     
    I was playing Pokemon Red and I was up against Misty. I brought out Ivysaur first, and APPARENTLY, she's totally afraid to attack grass type pokemon. For some weird reason, all she did was use harden. So I Vine Whipped both her pokemon to death. xD.

    the same thing happen to me (I forgot which game it was maybe in FR/LG) I think it was a biker dude and his pack of Weeings kept on using Explosion, it was funny, not a scratch on my Banette

    When I first got Blue version, I didn't know how to exit houses T_T
     
    When I got red at the age of 5 I had absolutely no idea how to save. So I'd leave my gameboy on all night :P, and have to start over every time my batteries went dead.
     
    Nothing's funnier than the GSC Juggler. "Whoops! Dropped my balls!" Hoping that stays the same for HGSS. And there's always the strange name's you can give your rival, like Im gay and Kiss me.
     
    Some of the random lines from NPCs tend to crack me up. That Galactic goon receptionist guy really amuses me, for some reason: "Cosmic energy for the win!"
     
    A Mantyke in PBR (Baby Battle) KOd my Torchic with Waterfall. I only had a Geodude left (>.<), so I sent out Geodude.
    Then, Mantyke used ROCK SLIDE!!!

    I laughed REALLY hard when I saw that!
     
    When I used every Item I had in GSC to catch a pigey, beacause I couldn't read that well and I didn't know that you had to press sideways to get to the pokeball menu.

    I recently made a silly mistake. I was underwater on Route 126 in Emerald, looking for the elusive Relicanth so I could catch Registeel. (and the other Regi's) I finally found one. I did a little damage and paralyzed it. I used some item for some purpose. (forgot what) and I was going to select Pokémon, but I was going too fast and I pushed Run. >_<

    Just to satisfy your curiousity, I did eventually capture one. :D
     
    One time my Floatzel lost to a Mudkip in the Battle Arcade. It used Mud Slap and I kept missing until the damn thing just wore me down. XD
