LoL Tournaments Planning!

League of Legends EUW & NA Tournaments!

This is my planning thread for the LoL tournaments which is completely open to passing suggestions and advice!
So far I plan to have two tournaments, one for EUW and one for NA. These tournaments will be held simultaneously, as far as possible. Half a day will be given for sign-ups, then the tournament will begin.
The tournament style will be Swiss. The reasoning for this is that I want this tournament to fun primarily, and about bragging rights second. Swiss means you play for points, and not to stay in the competition.
Each day will be a new round, and the players will be sorted to continuously play against those of a similar number of points. For example, on day two, everyone with a point for winning will play against each other, whilst everyone without a point will play each other, where possible. Otherwise, I'll try and match statistics.
At the end, the winner is the competitor who scored most points, and the first place prize will be $20/10€ worth of RP. Second place will win $10/5€ worth of RP, and third place will win $5/2.50€ worth of RP. Due to the way Riot organises each level of RP, it doesn't turn out to be wholly equal, and there's not a lot I can do about that.
If anyone sees anything that can be made better, or has an idea, please suggest it!
Also, I can manage this alone, but if anyone wants to help judge one of the tournaments (or both, if you're so inclined) then by all means do so, I'd appreciate it :D
