Are the Blissey or Lucario EV'd? If so what are the natures, stats, and moves? If they're good enough I'll throw in a Dawn Stone on the Ralts.

Blissey: I'm not sure this is Ev'd at all. I got it from a trade, it has pretty pathetic defence but the rest of the stats are pretty good.
