I would love to get one but you need to get it from x/y and I don't have the pokemon bank app,or at least,it's not on free trial anymore so you can figure out what happens from there.Since it's from x/y and you have to transfer it to ORAS,I would probably trade one of the following pokemon
Lv 42 Ludicolo
Lv 66 Azumarill
Lv 30 Gorebyss
Lv 37 Kecleon
