Looking for a fan game

    Recently my laptop broke and I lost the data on it, I am trying to find I fan game I used to have but can't. I remember the game had custom shinnies and that all of the starters were always shiny. Additionally it had an item that would de-shiny a Pokémon that you would would get given after getting your starter and could always buy. Any help would appreciated.
