Looking for a fangame/romhack i played based off a strange detail

    A while ago i was playing a romhack or fangame i can't remember it was releasing in chapters and i remember when i played it ended at ... i think it was a circus? It was pretty dark and had serious bad vibes but the game ended there (until next update) well i wanted to go back and check on it but for the life of me can't remember what it is.
