Looking for a Level 70 Arceus and Deoxys

EV does not matter to me, I have just been trying to get these 2 for a long time. If anyone would be willing, please tell me. Not sure how much I have to offer in return, and I don't EV train very much, but if someone would be willing...also, if you don't have them at that level that is fine. I would just prefer them level 70 or below since that is what my current team is

okay I think I have a problem. I know Nintendo 3ds is WPA compatible, but I am seeing that I cannot play online with DS cards:( Is there a way to get around this? Maybe go to a cyber cafe or something that doesn't have WPA?

I also see something about registering my 3ds mac adress...

already have a level 93 giratina :P but I have plenty of pokemon from Soulsilver. You wouldn't happen to have any events you would be willing to part with.
