I am willing to give up my Palkia and Dialga with their respective items for a Lucario or riolu. I am not able to catch him in Omega Ruby sadly. Will accept any trash pokemon in the second trade.

I can give you a riolu, but you should keep your legends. You never know when they may come in handy. Just trade me any extra pokemon you don't want.
