Looking for an Earth Plate

I really need an earth plate...this is my second day searching and no-one seems to have one... I'll offer back a fist or rock plate, loads of eggs (request any pokemon, I'll see what I have), or more items....please, anyone...I really really need one >.<

I dont have one but you can find one in Oreburgh Gate assuming that you have rock smash, surf and strength. You can also find one while mining underground.
