I'm not a VGC person, but just commenting to let you know that you can't directly insert images from your computer.

You would either have to upload them first to an image hosting website like Imgur or use images that are already hosted on the internet. In-game sprites can be found here. If you want to use official art, a lot of it is available on Bulbapedia.
