Looking for help with my rom hack called Shining Emerald

    I just started to do Rom Hacks and I was going to do it by myself but I can't. So I decided to come here to ask for help.

    It's a hack of Emerald Version called Shining Emerald.

    There is currently no plot.

    I need anyone that can help with anything. Mostly scripts, text editing, and helping me rename the towns​
