I am willing to trade a groudon lv 83 or lv 100 for it 83 for 60 and below and 100 for anything above 60

And if it is shiny i will give that person the lv 100 groudon holding a masterball

Or if latios is lv 90 or up i will give that person a lv 100 groudon holding a maseterball.
