    Must have the move glaciate and be American with original name/able to pass through pokebank/in the correct pokeball/and have legit OT. Just let me know what you want for it and hopefully we can make a deal

    I do have 1 but it's jps since its the only way you can get a legit Victini with the move Glaciate..

    If it's english, US etc it's not legit and mostly created in Pokegen etc
