I think it's in the rules. I'm pretty sure it said you couldn't trade them to american cartridges and therefore NOK pokemon on american D/P are hacked.

look people, the noks is one of the most rare events, and its very VERY HARD to get a legit one, i have a 100% legit manaphy (nok) checked by a korean diamond version, im very happy =), but i can't trade it, maybe for another legit nok.... bye

They can't be traded here because they are from Korea and D/P ver. dosesn't know thier language,so people think they are mostly hacked fan-made events.Oh by the way i have NOK Manaphy and Rayquaza both hacked checked.

The reason is because the american cartridges dont have the korean language in them....

They actually have been hacked check in korean verion too by two people on this fourm and on a other one.So either way they are legit.yes they can, mine was even checked by a korean version, i can prove it lol, so have fun saying that....
