base rom pokemon emerald decomp
the only position I need is sprite shaders I will design the sprites I just need them to be shaded
the reason I want to create this hack is to give people more rom hacking options for fools gold style hacks because so far there are only three noteworthy ones
The story exactly the same as the og game
features are really wacky and out there pokemon designs new regional variants for every Pokemon! amazing pixel art.
