if my message is too short i just put a long space in between the last two symbols and it works

Go to the basement in any Pokemon Center.
Talk to the nurse.
You must also have an internet connection set up to do
You need to set up an internet connection on your DS. (bottom of main menu).
After wards connect and you'll get a pal pad and it'll be in there.

Look in your pal pad in your Special item's pocket on your bag. it'll say "see friend code".
