i dont have one with THIRTY ribbons, but i have a mew and a rayquaza that had enough ribbons to get me into the place in the resort area, if that is what you need

Same here, I have a Rayquaza with about 10 Ribbons that got me in just fine. I also have a Milotic like that as well.

because they let you get into the spa place or whatever it is in the resort area and make your pokemon happy
