[General] Looking for riolu gible and larvitar

Looking for riolu gible and larvitar. These three pokemon are my favorites and I would like to do my Shining Pearl playthrough with them at a low level! I can offer up my starter but I am mainly asking for help from a breeder or someone who just has extras. I don't care too much about EV or nature. Please help my gaming experience! Thank you
