Looking For Speed Boost Venipede

Hi guys,
I'm looking for a speed boost Venipede, Whirlipede or Scoliopede. IV/EVs don't matter to me, but I would prefer a female with a beneficial nature. I've seen move sets on Smogon that use the Weakness Policy item, so if anyone has an extra one for it to hold that would be amazing!

I can offer:

Eevee (Male) (Docile, Naive, Mild, Gentle, Relaxed, or Calm Natured)
-Double Edge
-Wish
-Curse
-Charm

Mawile (Male) (Careful Natured)
(Ability: Intimidate)
-Ice Fang
-Sucker Punch
-Fairy Wind
-Astonish

Yveltal or The Poke'Bank Celebii

I also have some random in-game pokes, but what I've listed are the highest valued ones I have.

I'm also looking for a Shroomish or Breloom with the Sub/Punch move set, but I think that one is incredibly more difficult to acquire.
