Graphics: Looking for Spriters

I have not had a pc in over 5-6 years, and I just got a new laptop just a few weeks ago, and after getting everything set up, about 2 weeks ago from today, I wanted to create my first ever rom hack, I got the stuff called Hex Maniac Advance, Gen 3 Suite, Advance Map, Advance Icon/Sprite Editor, and srpite position editor, but this doesn't help with a project I would love to do. I would love to create a fusion rom hack, I'm very much aware that people uses infinite fusion, but I, want to bring it to the GBA aspects once again, roms hack Charged Red, Ultimate Fusion, Fusion 1-3, I haven't seen any updates or anything of the sort, and that's what brought me of wanting to bring it back, I have no idea how to make sprites, only thing i'm using for fusing sprites is Japeal, and trying to load it into the game itself, with the results of looking extremely bad. I figured "hey i can do this!" and try to solo work it, and in the end, i ended up feeling conflicted and depressed, having thought of needing to trash the project. My reasoning may not be what everyone is expecting, or my reasoning may be stupid for most people, or maybe all people, but I just would like some help with the spiriting and to help make it not look "disintegrated", if anyone of you is out there and would love to help, I would very much appreciate it so very much!
