[General] Looking to Complete Dex - I have an Extra Zarude or Calyrex

I am looking to complete my Dex and to do so I am missing the following pokemon: Volcanion and Marshadow.
I have almost any pokemon to trade back. I even have an Extra Calyrex, ZARUDE or Meltan or many more legends/mystics to trade!
