4th Gen Lucario?

I really like this Pokemon but I don't know where to get it. I've checked on other sites and I know it cannot be obtained in the wild(oh well) but where can I get it?

You can get it on Iron Island (right name?).
There will be guy you'll battle together with. Once you've finshed battling everyone, he'll give you a Riolu egg.

Yupyup, Iron Island. Look for Riley, I believe his name is. He'll give you an egg for Riolu, then all you need to do is make it love you a whole bunch (massages, poffins, Soothe Bell hold item, using it, stuff like that) so it'll evolve into Lucario :) Only evolves during the day time, though.
