3rd Gen Lucky Egg and EXP points

Just a few questions, I was wondering is there a reason my Gengar has 80,000 experience points compared to my Tyranitar who has 125,000 at level 100. Is it just standard that bulkier pokemon have more EXP points??

concerning a Lucky egg - i just managed to get one, would that effect EXP points too? as I read that you gain less EXP points overall, if you trained a pokemon to level 100 with a lucky egg compared to one without.

1.) Each Pokemon has a set number of exp points needed for Lv. 100, I believe ranging from 600,000 (for example Milotic) to 1,640,000 (for example Wailord). I don't think that theres any specific reason for which Pokemon need what amount, except the legendaries genrally need more.

2.) You still get the same amount of experience points to Lv. 100 w/Lucky Egg as without, it's just you get more exp points per battle with the Egg. So you need less battles, not exp.
