    You know, Uxie is lame. Use Dunsparce MT, that one is much better.
    It doesn't even need an energy to attack!

    What is the strategy of this deck?

    Well I think Lugia Ledgend uses to much energy, and you have not much energy in your deck, but with your trainers, you can get them back. Maybe I could suggest a holon's castform for the other one's (If you do not use this deck for matches).
     
    I have tons of energy, and I actually put one in for league. Can't find my holon's Electrode, though..
