I don't know where this should go but what do you do on Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness for Lugia, the most ultimate Shadow Pokemon to have 415 HP at level 100? 415 is the highest he can go, not 384 like someone said on Yahoo Answers and my Lugia at level 100 has 370 HP. Every time Lugia uses Earthquake on Battle 81 on Mt. Battle when Wobbuffet and Grimer are out or when Wobbuffet and Swalot are out, Lugia uses Earthquake which doesn't instantly KO Wobbuffet unless he's holding Soft Sand and most of the time I give him Leftovers or Shell Bell. Shell Bell is better because he can deal damage to both opponents at once and I replaced Leftovers with Shell Bell once I earned enough PokeCoupons. I heard that Wooper and Quagsire give HP EV's and he has fought those even at Pyrite Colosseum and Tower Colosseum prior to growing to level 100. The last battle we faced right before Lugia grew to level 100 was a level 50 Noctowl, a level 50 Furret and a level 50 Crobat and none of them provide HP EV's so it raised as normal. At level 99 Lugia had 366 HP and at 415 HP, Lugia might have a better chance of surviving Wobbuffet's Counter attack because at 370 HP or lower if Lugia DOES too much damage past the halfway mark but not enough damage, Lugia will be knocked out by COUNTER.
So are there any other Pokemon listed in the Strategy Memo that give HP EV's? Many of my Pokemon were so underleveled which made it hard to train, taking nearly 3 months from full start to finish. Lots of my Pokemon were unevolved still and I've watched youtube videos and someone managed to train a Level 28 Zangoose to level 50 quickly inbetween the time you're at the Cipher Key Lair and Citadark Isle. Well I guess that's because there's lots of trainers to battle and wild Pokemon if you already caught them except for the Trapinch because they're rare. I managed to find a male on my first try.
