    I'm being kinda selfish here, but to download extras, would i have to beat the game AGAIN and then enter the code, or could i just restart the game and enter the code?

    Yup, definetly. But i've started it 15 times and i've got timid ones all the times?? :(

    Does that mean I can just save it to my SD card and take it out of the Wii, delete it on the Wii memory, then get unlimited Magmortars and Electrivivers? (and when I'm done, move it back to the Wii memory)
     
    It's a Mystery Gift, like the Pikachu. You can send it unlimited times, but one game can only receive the Wonder Card once, and only get one PBR Magmortar and PBR Electivire per game. If you were to trade these over to another game, and restart, you could receive the Wonder Card on the new game. However, restarting a game is irreversible, so it's not a good idea to do on your EV trained, game completed game.

    Me? I'd soft-reset to get one with good IVs and then GTS-clone it.
