Ok no more than 1 grass move, try giving it a posion move instead.....sludge bomb is good. you could give him synthesis aswell. make him more long lasting in battles

hate single flying types, they get on my nerves. id replace this pokemon with something with more variety. 3 flying moves is just asking for trouble

well i would teach them those if i had the tms and is cruch a move growlith lives on its own? and my pigeot is only on my team because its the only plying i hav so far...and i already use shockwave on a pokemon i traded! and whats synthesis? will it learn it on its own?

For Golem you need Rock Throw or Earthquake.

For Venusaur I have Razor Leaf, Toxic, Leech Seed, and Earthquake, (he works pretty well) you'll have to pick the one you want to learn Eathquake as there is only one Earthquake TM in FR/LF (that is if you are playing one of them)!

for Venusaur, how about getting Cut out of it and adding something like Sludge Bomb or Earthquake... another possibilities are having leech seed, synthesis.. giga drain is ok there..
for Jolteon.... -_- add at least thunderbolt, thunderwave, HP Special and take off those attacks (with exception of quick attack for finishing if someone is quicker than you) Jolteon has very high special attack and you shouldn't waste them in attack..\
for Vaporeon... take off aurora beam and put ice beam... how about adding surf instead of water pulse? I'm not sure if vaporeon can learn mirror coat, but it could be a very good addition if vaporeon learnt it
for Growlithe... just take out ember and flame wheel and put flamethrower instead.. roar is ok... put crunch instead of bite and I don't have an idea for the fourth move :D ask others opinions
Golem: earthquake, rock slide and i don't know anything else but those two are must have
Pidgeot: steel wing, aerial ace, quick attack, featherdance
