Made-Up Locations!

I have made a new Pokemon Game on my notebook, so now let's get this game started!
Rules:
1. PC Rules
2. No spamming/harassing/trolling/swearing/cursing
3. Go to this link: https://www.wyncorporation.com/pokemon/index.php
4. Maximum of 5 searches
5. Minimum of 1 Pokemon in each search
6. Name the location
7. Tell what your location is based on!
8. What place is it?(Ruins,Ocean,etc.)
9. Put different places in it!
10. What are the Minimum and Maximum Levels of the Pokemon there?
11. Trainers(the location is nothing without them!)
12. Tell if it is a location accessed during an event or not.
13. Any water-dwelling Pokemon are found during with surf/rod/diving.
14. Land-dwelling Pokemon and Air-dwelling Pokemon are found in grass or road!
15. Tell if there is a special event there(like a Champion in a cave!)
16. Show your work in MS Excel or tell about your dungeon!
17. Tell if there is a legendary or not.
18. Tell the level of the Legendary Pokemon(Like Kyurem in Isolated Island!)
19. The location may have several places in the second sector
Ex: Dive Entrance and Isolated Island in the second sector
20. Tell if there is a difficulty going to the end of the location(with or without Legendary!)
21. Tell what the weather is(no weather in cave!)
22. Tell if the location has two places to find wild Pokemon
Ex: Inside(5 searches) Outside(5 searches)
23. The legendary is found depending on the area(Generate 6 Pokemon, Exclude NFE Pokemon, add the type)
Ex: In 1 of the searches, Virizion is in a search, while you are working on a location called Legendary Plains. Virizion is now the Legendary Pokemon in Legendary Plains!
24. The several places in the second(or first) sector must have different Pokemon, or a few other Pokemon from the other places
Ex: Skorupi is found in Poison Ruin and Toxic Rock inside Sludge Temple
25. You may put starters or prehistoric Pokemon
26. If you are setting up a dungeon with weak Pokemon and if you find FE Pokemon in your search, use their pre-evos instead.

Here is an Example:

27.(New Feature) Tell the rarity of the Pokemon.
Ex: A swamp with Gastrodon, Whiscash, and Quagsire. Gastrodon and Quagsire are common, so therefore they are found both 40% around the location, while Whiscash is uncommon so it is found in 20% in the area.
Note:
All places must have common Pokemon. If not, it's not easy to encounter wild Pokemon.
Common and Uncommon
Ex: Common=55% and Uncommon=45%
Uncommon Pokemon are a few bit percent far from Common(look at the example above) Pokemon.
Rare Pokemon are a few more bit percent far from common Pokemon.
Ex: Common=70% and Rare=30%
Super Rare Pokemon are even more far more percent from Common Pokemon.
Ex: Common=90% and Super Rare=10%
There are only 4 rarities:
C = Common
UC = Uncommon
R= Rare
SR = Super Rare
